FIBCOM 6340 is an excellent choice for grooming and consolidation of traffic from various sources - e.g. connecting to a number of access rings directly, & is designed to be as flexible and adaptable as possible to match any network growth requirement.
It has excellent scaling properties, implemented cost-effectively in one small subrack.
It can be an ADM1, ADM4, ADM16 or a 16-port SDXC 4/1. It handles line rates from 2 Mb/s to STM-16. Available with full equipment protection providing continuous availability of traffic signals.
4/1 & 4/4 cross connect, Line rate up to 2.5 Gb/s, Equipment protection, one hardware platform for all network elements are some of the features.
